The apartment was extremely clean and well-equipped. We could buy foodstuff from a 7Eleven nearby. There are restaurants located just around the corner. It's also located 1.8km away from the Seorakdong entrance. You could literally walk there. If you choose not to, you could take a city bus 7 to the park from a nearby bus stop.
