Laundry and ironing facilities are included.The owner gave us detailed instructions, pictures and her cell phone number in case we need to call her. Apartment had everything- TV's in every room, necessary electronic in kitchen, big bed for two, two enormous couches, blankets and pillows (2 sets)-seem to be new. First night I slept on big pillow and it was uncomfortable for me (home I sleep on small, orthopedic one), but next night I took small, orthopedic pillow. Close to the apartment we saw entrance for "wheel drivers" to the beach-what we used,'cause I am one.
